Besides, there are 4 fans in LED Pole Screen, providing a strong airflow. Some times, not all the 4fans have to be working at same time. When some are working, others can be at rest. And then next time, it’s vice versa. So eventually, the working time for each fan is not that long. It’s possible to give a longer life time for these fans.

Smart City

LED Pole banner in Tecnon Smart Display is a part of smart city management system. The LED pole banner is centralized management of brand information by the enterprise, and then the designed advertisement display information is transmitted to people’s eyes in an interactive manner such as images, texts, videos, etc., and the traditional advertising equipment is too passive to promote the publicity.

Fans on the Top

Tecnon Smart Display used temperature controlled fan. 5V, totally 4fans in LED Pole Screen. Each fan has a temperature sensor. Only when the sensor detects the temperature inside the cabinet is higher than 30°C, will the fan start to work. The higher the temperature, the faster it will run.

But when the temperature is lower than 30°C, it will stop running and remain at rest. That means in the morning time, or in the winter time, when it’s cold outside, these fan do not need to be always running. Therefore, these fans have a much longer life time compared with the conventional mechanical fans which will be running 24hours a day.

Heat dissipation

This pole screen is to be hanged in the air. It will be under the sunshine the whole day. The temperature inside will be very high in summer time. Our products can withstand temperature up to 80°C. Besides, our cabinet is a relatively sealed case, for waterproof sake. The heat will be blocked inside and cause the system to start self protection mode by stop working.

To have a system that can withstand high temperature is very important for a pole screen.

In early days, we had some screens that only worked properly at night time and in the morning. They stopped working since noon time. That’s because the temperature inside was too high. Sometimes, power cables melted inside the cabinet.

After several years efforts, we are proud to announce that our design can withstand 80°C.
